round在这里表示”围绕，环绕’的意思。如：
Simon is walking round the playground. 西蒙正绕着操场走。

from the sofa to the window是“从沙发到窗子”的意思，from to 表示“从……到……；如：
We have lessons from Monday to Friday. 我们周一到周五上课。

take在这里是“搭乘（车、船等）”的意思，相当于go by bus or plane。如:

含有think引导的否定从句，一般把否定前移，放在think的前面。如：
The girl doesn't think her mother, will be back soon.
那个女孩认为她妈妈不会很快回来。
17. Walk past the wooden house, turn left and walk along a small path next to the river. 走过术屋，向左转，沿着一条靠近河边的小路走。
next to在这里是“靠近，贴近”的意思。如：
Linda lives next to us. 琳达住在我们隔壁。
18．We look forward to seeing you at our party. 我们期望在晚会上见到你们。
look forward to doing sth的意思是”期望做某事”，表示说话者十分希望实现某种愿望、目的。如：
We look forward to having a picnic this autumn.
我们期望今年秋天野炊。
