A painting worth ￡ 740,000 was damaged (毁坏)by a guard in Russia.His name was notmentioned but he was believed to be 60-vear-old and worked for a private security company.
On his first day on the job,he was so bored that he drew two pairs of eyes with a pen onto the painting—artist Anna Leporskaya's Three Figures（人物）(1932-1934),an artwork with three people who have no faces.
At that time, the painting was being shown at the Yeltsin Center in the city of Yekaterinburg,during an exhibition titled“The Birth of a New Art”.
